基于面向产出的毕业要求达成情况保障机制研究——以宿州学院物联网工程专业为例

摘要 工程教育专业认证是由国际工程联盟提出的在国际教育界和工程界认可度最高的工程教育质量保障制度之一。从工程教育专业认证的角度分析了宿州学院物联网工程专业培养目标,讨论了该专业毕业要求所划分的12个方面与对应的培养目标的支撑关系,构建了物联网工程专业以达成毕业要求为目的的教学质量保障体系架构,讨论了基于此架构的教学过程及教学管理的实施过程,提出了以面向产出方式,在教学活动中对学生各方面进行培养,教师在教学过程中逐步改进,实现课程目标及培养目标在就业单位需求下逐步优化的进化机制。 Engineering education certification is one of the most recognized engineering education quality assurance systems proposed by the International Engineering Union.From the perspective of engineering education certification,this paper analyses the training objectives of the Internet of Things Engineering major in Suzhou University,discusses the supporting relationship between the 12 aspects of graduation requirements and corresponding training objectives of the major,constructs a teaching quality assurance system framework for the Internet of Things Engineering major to achieve the graduation requirements,and discusses the teaching process and the implementation process of teaching management based on this framework.This paper puts forward an evolutionary mechanism to nurture students in all aspects in teaching activities in an output-oriented way and make gradual improvement of teachers in teaching process to realize the gradual optimization of curriculum objectives and training objectives under the needs of the employment organizations.
