摘要
采用固体润滑剂(两种不同粒径的石墨Gr、石墨烯GN、二硫化钼MoS2、聚四氟乙烯PTFE)制备了NBR/SiC复合材料,研究了干摩擦条件下不同固体润滑剂对NBR/SiC复合材料摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,与其他润滑剂相比,GN可提高材料在硫化过程中的MH,且添加GN的NBR/SiC复合材料的力学性能最好;在相同实验条件下,添加GN的NBR/SiC复合材料的摩擦系数和体积磨损量最低,且磨损表面较为光滑平整,PTFE对NBR/SiC复合材料的摩擦磨损性能改善较小。
NBR/SiC composites filled with solid lubricants(two different particle sizes of graphite Gr,graphene GN,molybdenum disulfide MoS2,polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE)were prepared,and the effect of solid lubricants under dry friction conditions on the friction and wear properties of NBR/SiC composites were studied.The results showed that,compared with other lubricants,the addition of GN could improve the maximum torque of NBR/SiC composites during the vulcanization process,and the mechanical properties of composites were the best when the GN were added.Under the same experimental conditions,NBR/SiC composites filled with GN showed the lowest friction coefficient and volume wear,and the wear surface was relatively smooth and flat.PTFE had little improvement in the friction and wear performance of NBR/SiC composites.
