助交联剂对四丙氟橡胶耐老化性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用不同种类助交联剂顺丁橡胶(BR)、高乙烯基聚丁二烯橡胶(HVBR)和三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(TAIC),以过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)引发交联四丙氟橡胶(FEPM),制备了3种不同交联结构的胶料,并研究了3种硫化胶在柴油、10%盐酸溶液、10%NaOH溶液中的老化行为。结果表明,BR硫化FEPM在柴油、盐酸溶液和NaOH水溶液3种介质中的耐腐蚀性能最差,HVBR硫化FEPM在柴油和NaOH水溶液中的耐腐蚀性能与TAIC硫化胶的性能相差不大,但在盐酸环境中TAIC硫化FEPM的耐腐蚀性能最好。 Three types of compounds were prepared using different types of coagents,including butadiene rubber(BR),high vinyl polybutadiene rubber(HVBR)and triallyl isocyanurate(TAIC)by intiated cross-link tetrapropylene fluoride rubber(FEPM)with dicumyl peroxide(DCP),and the aging behavior of their vulcanizates in diesel oil,10%hydrochloric acid solution and 10%NaOH solution were studied.The results showed that FEPM vulcanized by BR had the worst performance in the condition mentioned above.While the performance of FEPM vulcanized by HVBR in diesel oil,10%NaOH solution was similar with FEPM vulcanized by TAIC.But in the 10%hydrochloric acid solution,the TAIC/DCP system had the best performance.
