摘要
目的研究持续质量改进在急诊科护理带教中的应用及提高实习生的工作能力和学习积极性的效果。方法选取2020年1—10月期间该院急诊科的护理实习生50名,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各25名,分别采取持续质量改进教学、传统教学,观察并比较两组护生的教学满意度、考核成绩、教学质量及CTDI-CV评分。结果研究组满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组技能成绩、理论成绩、综合成绩显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的科室带教质量、带教老师综合测评、实习综合质量显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的CTDI-CV评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急诊科护生采取持续质量改进教学,能够提高教学满意度,强化护生的批判性思维及分析能力,护生的护理水平更高,教学质量更好。
Objective To study the application of continuous quality improvement in emergency nursing teaching and the effect of improving the work ability and learning motivation of interns.Methods From January to October 2020,50 nursing interns in the emergency department of the hospital were selected,and they were randomly divided into study group and control group,25 in each group.Continuous quality improvement teaching and traditional teaching were adopted for observation and comparison.The teaching satisfaction,assessment results,teaching quality and CTDI-CV scores of the two groups of nursing students.Results The satisfaction degree of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the skill score,theoretical performance,and comprehensive performance of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The overall quality of practice was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the CTDI-CV score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous quality improvement teaching for nursing students in the emergency department can improve teaching satisfaction,strengthen the critical thinking and analytical skills of nursing students,and have higher nursing standards and better teaching quality.
