Analysis on the Cost and Benefit of the Activities of Quality Control Circle in Tertiary Public Hospitals

目的探讨医院不同类别品管圈所需的成本、产生的效益、无形成果。方法对2013年6月—2018年12月开展的四期品管圈活动中已经完成的94个活动主题进行回顾性分析,将94项圈活动根据不同圈员、不同主题、不同活动类型进行分类,并从人力、物力、财力等方面分析不同类别品管圈开展所需成本、取得的有形成果与无形成果。结果94个品管圈改善主题人均成本为1351.77元,不同圈员类别、主题类别、活动类别人均成本统计学分析,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。94个品管圈人均效益38317.04元,不同圈员类别品管圈中,医护合作圈人均效益最高为73364.69元,后勤圈人均效益最低为4721.93元,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同主题类别品管圈中,医疗质量类改善主题的品管圈人均效益最高为94537.99元,医院管理类改善主题的品管圈人均效益最低为9728.02元,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同活动类别品管圈中,问题解决型品管圈人均效益较高达38981.56元,课题达成型品管圈人均效益较低为24860.39元,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。94个品管圈改善主题人均无形成果得分为19.63分,不同圈员类别、主题类别、活动类别统计学分析,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不同类型品管圈人均成本没有明显差异,人均效益存在差异,人均无形成果没有明显差异。

Objective To explore the cost,benefits and intangible results of different types of quality control circles in hospitals.Methods A retrospective analysis of the 94 activity themes that have been completed in the four quality control circle activities carried out from June 2013 to December 2018,and the 94 circle activities are classified according to different circle members,different themes,and different types of activities,and analyze the cost,tangible and intangible results obtained by different types of quality control circles in terms of manpower,material resources,and financial resources.Results The per capita cost of 94 quality control circle improvement subjects was 1351.77 yuan.The statistical analysis of the per capita cost of different circle member categories,subject categories,and activity categories was,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The per capita benefit of 94 quality control circles was RMB 38317.04 yuan.Among the different types of quality control circles,the medical care cooperation circle had the highest per capita benefit of 73364.69 yuan,and the logistics circle had the lowest per capita benefit of 4721.93 yuan.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the quality control circles of different themes,the medical quality improvement theme has the highest per capita benefit of 94537.99 yuan,and the hospital management improvement theme has the lowest per capita benefit of 9728.02 yuan.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the quality control circles of different activity types,the problem-solving quality control circle had a higher per capita benefit of 38981.56 yuan,and the problem-solving quality control circle had a lower per capita benefit of 24860.39 yuan.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average intangible result score of 94 quality control circle improvement themes per capita was 19.63 points.The statistical analysis of different circle member categories,theme categories,and activity categories was,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion There is no significant difference in the per capita cost of different types of quality control circles,the per capita benefits are different,and the per capita intangible results are not significantly different.
