摘要
目的分析妇产科住培教育中应用微信联合PBL教学模式的学习成果。方法选取2018年9月—2019年9月在该院妇产科开展住培实习教育的100名住培生,按照抽签法均分样本为E-PBL组和传统组,传统组选择传统教育法,E-PBL组选择微信联合PBL教学模式,对比两组住培生的学习成果、教学评价以及教学满意度。结果F-PBL组住培生问诊成绩、理论成绩、实践成绩分别为(85.59±3.68)分、(87.68±3.95)分、(87.09±4.69)分,明显优于传统组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。F-PBL组自主学习能力、学习兴趣、临床思维能力、交流能力、记忆理解能力分别为(4.27±0.74)分、(4.27±0.36)分、(3.96±0.79)分、(3.88±0.75)分、(4.26±0.27)分,均优于传统组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。E-PBL组教学满意度(98.00%)高于传统组(76.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.698,P=0.001)。结论为妇产科住培生开展微信联合PBL教学模式的效果更佳,能有效提升住培生的学习成绩,提高其学习兴趣,帮助其快速掌握知识点,提升教学模式的满意度,有推广价值。
Objective To analysis the learning results of the application of WeChat combined with PBL teaching mode in the residential training of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods Selected 100 live training students who carried out live training in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the hospital from September 2018 to September 2019.According to the lottery method,the samples were equally divided into the E-PBL group and the traditional group,and the traditional group chose traditional education method,the E-PBL group chose WeChat combined with PBL teaching mode to compare the learning outcomes,teaching evaluation and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of live students.Results The F-PBL group's resident Pearson's consultation scores,theoretical scores,and practical scores were(85.59±3.68)points,(87.68±3.95)points,and(87.09±4.69)points,respectively,which were significantly better than the traditional group.There was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).F-PBL group independent learning ability,learning interest,clinical thinking ability,communication ability,memory comprehension ability were(4.27±0.74)points,(4.27±0.36)points,(3.96±0.79)points,(3.88±0.75)points,(4.26±0.27)points,all better than the traditional group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).And the teaching satisfaction of the E-PBL group(98.00%)was higher than that of the traditional group(76.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.698,P=0.001).Conclusion It is better to develop the WeChat and PBL teaching mode for the obstetrics and gynecology students.It can effectively improve the students’academic performance,increase their interest in learning,help them quickly master knowledge points,improve the satisfaction of the teaching model,with promotion value.
