摘要
随着医疗行业市场的经济发展和医疗背景的不断改革,我国医疗卫生事业发展迅速,行业竞争日益激烈。而在现代医疗服务体系中,医院行政管理工作占据着十分重要的地位,因此,医院行政管理人员的综合素质也应随着医疗行业的需求进行有效提升。新医改背景下的公立医院行政管理人员应具备创新优化医院的组成结构,培养医院行政管理人才团队,提升医院综合管理水平等多方面的要求和标准。但当前大部分公立医院对医院行政管理人员的重视程度较低,人员综合素质参差不齐,存在多种问题,影响医院正常运作及发展。基于此,该文就探索公立医院行政管理人员的工作现状和存在的问题进行总结分析,并对行政人员的相关工作提出创新策略,以期提高行政人员综合素质和行政管理水平,促进医疗卫生事业健康发展。
With the economic development of the medical industry market and the continuous reform of the medical background,our country's medical and health services are developing rapidly and industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce.In the modern medical service system,hospital administrative management occupies a very important position.Therefore,the overall quality of hospital administrative staff should also be effectively improved in line with the needs of the medical industry.Under the background of the new medical reform,the administrative staff of public hospitals should have the requirements and standards of innovating and optimizing the composition of the hospital,cultivating a team of hospital administrative management talents,and improving the comprehensive management level of the hospital.However,most public hospitals pay less attention to the hospital administrative staff,the overall quality of the staff is uneven,and there are many problems that affect the normal operation and development of the hospital.Based on this,this article summarizes and analyzes the work status and existing problems of administrative staff in public hospitals,and proposes innovative strategies for administrative staff in order to improve the overall quality and administrative management level of administrative staff,and promote the healthy development of medical and health services.
