中药炮制是我国最为传统的制药技术,不仅能够为中药产业的发展提供保障,还是我国十分重要的非物质文化遗产之一。由于我国地域广阔,每一个地域的人文习惯、环境气候、地理位置等又具有较大的差异,使得每一个地区对中药材的炮制技术都有差异。文章分析不同地区的中药材炮制特色技术,以期能够为促进我国中药与中医中药事业的可持续发展、培养更多更专业的中药人才提供帮助。

Chinese medicine processing is the most traditional pharmaceutical technology in my country.It can not only provide a guarantee for the development of the Chinese medicine industry,but it is also one of the most important intangible cultural heritages in our country.Due to the vast territory of our country,the cultural habits,environmental climate,geographic location,etc.of each region are quite different,which makes the processing technology of Chinese medicinal materials different in each region.The article analyzed the special Chinese medicinal materials processing technology in different regions,hoping to promote the sustainable development of Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine and cultivate more professional Chinese medicine talents.
