临床路径管理在提高医院医疗管理水平中的应用分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨医院给予临床路径管理后医院医疗管理水平提高效果。方法选取潍坊市第二人民医院2018年1月—2020年12月收治的82例住院患者;随机分为常规管理组(采用常规医疗管理方式完成对应干预)和临床路径管理组(在常规管理基础上,采用临床路径管理方式进行干预),各41例;比较两组患者医疗费用、住院时间、管理满意度(诊疗水平、诊疗态度、诊疗专业性以及诊疗细致性)、管理水平评分(院感、医疗、医技以及工作)。结果临床路径管理组医疗费用(4599.25±525.63)元、住院时间(7.13±1.79)d分别低于常规管理组(6956.25±525.99)元、住院时间(12.17±1.82)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床路径管理组诊疗水平(90.21±2.15)分、诊疗态度(90.33±4.25)分、诊疗专业性(91.17±5.17)分以及诊疗细致性(91.88±4.59)分均高于常规管理组诊疗水平(70.29±3.19)分、诊疗态度(70.31±4.13)分、诊疗专业性(71.22±4.22)分以及诊疗细致性(72.32±5.13)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床路径管理组院感(90.21±3.12)分、医疗(91.77±4.17)分、医技(91.26±5.25)分以及工作(91.55±4.55)分均高于常规管理组院感(73.53±6.32)分、医疗(77.85±4.93)分、医技(77.16±6.19)分以及工作(75.29±5.49)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床路径管理方式有效应用后,观察患者医疗费用、住院时间、管理满意度(诊疗水平、诊疗态度、诊疗专业性以及诊疗细致性)、管理水平评分(院感、医疗、医技以及工作),均获得显著改善,可促进医院整体医疗管理水平提升。 Objective To explore the effect of improving the level of hospital medical management obtained after the hospital provides clinical pathway management.Methods 82 inpatients admitted to weifang second people's hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into routine management group(using routine medical management methods to complete the corresponding intervention)and clinical pathways management group(based on routine management,using clinical pathway management to intervene),41 cases each;compared the two groups of patients'medical expenses,length of stay,management satisfaction(diagnosis and treatment level,diagnosis and treatment attitude,diagnosis and treatment professionalism and meticulousness of diagnosis and treatment),management level score(hospital sense,medical treatment,medical technology and work).Results The clinical pathway management group's medical expenses(4599.25±525.63)yuan,hospitalization time(7.13±1.79)d were less than than the routine management group(6956.25±525.99)yuan,hospitalization time(12.17±1.82)d,the differe was statistically significant(P<0.05);the clinical path waya management group's diagnosis and treatment level(90.21±2.15)points,diagnosis and treatment attitude(90.33±4.25)points,diagnosis and treatment professionalism(91.17±5.17)points,and diagnosis and treatment meticulous(91.88±4.59)points were all higher than those of the routine management group(70.29±3.19)points,diagnosis and treatment attitude(70.31±4.13)points,diagnosis and treatment professionalism(71.22±4.22)points,and diagnosis and treatment meticulous(72.32±5.13)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);clinical path ways management group hospitality(90.21±3.12)points,medical(91.77±4.17)points,medical skills(91.26±5.25)points,and work(91.55±4.55)points were higher than those of the routine management group for hospitalization(73.53±6.32)points and medical treatment(77.85±4.93)points,medical skills(77.16±6.19)points and work(75.29±5.49)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the effective application of the clinical pathway management method,observe the patient's medical expenses,hospitalization time,management satisfaction(diagnosis and treatment level,diagnosis and treatment attitude,diagnosis and treatment professionalism and diagnosis and treatment meticulousness),management level score(hospital feeling,medical treatment,medical technology and work),have been significantly improved,which can promote the improvement of the hospital's overall medical management level.
