基于灰色关联分析的郑州市卫生总费用影响因素研究

Research on Influencing Factors of Total Health Expenditure in Zhengzhou City Based on Grey Relational Analysis

采用灰色关联分析法对2010—2019年郑州市卫生总费用及相关因素进行关联度影响分析,总诊疗人次和医疗机构数是卫生总费用增长的主要因素,而总人口数对卫生总费用影响最低,结合郑州市市情及医疗资源增长原因进行了讨论,对优化医疗资源布局、平缓卫生总费用增长态势提出建议。

The gray correlation analysis method is used to analyze the correlation degree of the total health expenditure and related factors in Zhengzhou from 2010 to 2019.The total number of consultations and the number of medical institutions are the main factors for the increase in the total health expenditure,and the total population has the lowest impact on the total health expenditure.Combining the situation of Zhengzhou City and the reasons for the growth of medical resources,the discussion was carried out,and suggestions were made for optimizing the layout of medical resources and easing the growth of the total health expenditure.
