神经内科护士带教中应用品管圈结合PBL教学法的实践分析

摘要 目的对神经内科护士带教中应用品管圈结合PBL教学法的实践分析。方法选取2019年10月—2020年10月该院神经内科实习的72名护士实习生进行研究调查,按照抛硬币的方式将其分成两组。对比组神经内科护士实习生采用传统教学法进行带教,研究组神经内科护士实习生采用品管圈结合PBL教学法进行带教。对比两组神经内科护士实习生经过不同教学方式带教后的综合成绩、临床工作能力、带教满意度以及护理服务满意度。结果在对神经内科的护士实习生进行带教后,研究组护士实习生的综合成绩优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护士实习生的临床工作能力优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护士实习生的带教满意度高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护士实习生的护理服务满意度高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用品管圈联合PBL教学法进行带教能够提高护理实习生的综合成绩,提升护士实习生的临床工作能力,增强对患者的护理服务质量。 Objective To analyze the practice of applying quality control circle combined with PBL teaching method in the teaching of neurology nurses.Methods From October 2019 to October 2020,72 nurse interns in the hospital were randomly selected for research and investigation,they were divided into two independent groups according to a coin toss.The comparison group of neurology nurse interns used traditional teaching methods to teach,and the study group of neurology nurse interns used quality control circle combined with PBL teaching method to teach.The comprehensive scores,clinical work ability,teaching satisfaction,and nursing service satisfaction of the two groups of neurology nurse interns after being taught by different teaching methods were compared.Results After teaching nurse interns in the department of neurology,the comprehensive performance of the study group was better than that of the comparison group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the clinical work ability of the study group was better than the comparison group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the nurse interns in the study group was higher than that of the comparison group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nurse interns in the study group had better nursing service satisfaction than the comparison group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Useing the quality control circle combined with PBL teaching method can improve the comprehensive performance of nursing interns,enhance the clinical work ability of nurse interns,and enhance the quality of nursing service to patients.
