人文素质培养在老年病科临床实习教学中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析人文素质培养用于老年病科临床实习教学的作用。方法A组研究时间为2019年12月—2020年12月,共计老年病科实习生59名,予以人文素质培养带教;B组研究时间为2018年11月—2019年11月间,共计老年病科实习生57名,予以常规临床带教。对比教学效果。结果A组实习生在审美素质、道德素质、法律素质、心理素质与专业素质等层面的考核成绩均高于B组,A组实习生对于带教老师的评价更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组实习生的护理查房分数为(95.32±2.85)分,B组为(88.65±2.73)分;A组温馨式静脉滴注分数为(94.26±2.77)分,B组为(89.32±2.61)分;A组体征监测分数为(95.23±3.15)分,B组为(89.26±3.08)分;A组中心吸氧分数为(94.03±4.16)分,B组为(87.16±4.09)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组的临床沟通能力评分均较B组显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为老年病科实习生进行人文素质培养带教可以提升其人文素质和临床操作技能,其能优化其临床沟通能力,充分参与到实习教学中,有利于教学质量的提高。 Objective To analyze the role of humanistic quality training in clinical practice teaching in geriatrics.Methods The study period of group A was from December 2019 to December 2020,with a total of 59 interns in the geriatrics department,who were provided with humanistic quality training;the study period of group B was from November 2018 to November 2019,totaling 57 interns in the department of geriatrics were given regular clinical teaching.Compare teaching effects.Results The appraisal scores of the A group of interns in terms of aesthetic quality,moral quality,legal quality,psychological quality and professional quality were all higher than those of the group B,the appraisal of the interns of group A was higher for the teaching teachers,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of nursing rounds for interns in group A was(95.32±2.85)points,group B was(88.65±2.73)points;group A warm intravenous drip scores were(94.26±2.77)points,group B was(89.32±2.61)points;group A’s physical sign monitoring score was(95.23±3.15)points,group B was(89.26±3.08)points;group A’s central oxygen uptake score was(94.03±4.16)points,and group B was(87.16±4.09)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of clinical communication ability in group A were significantly higher than those in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanistic quality training and teaching for geriatric interns can improve their humanistic quality and clinical operation skills.It can optimize their clinical communication skills and fully participate in the practice teaching,which is conducive to the improvement of teaching quality.
