用标准化病人教学法对内科实习生进行带教的效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析内科实习生带教中采用标准化病人教学法的效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月该院内科实习的医学生56名,按照抽签发分为常规组和研究组,各28名。常规组行常规教学模式,研究组采用标准化病人教学法。对比两组理论知识评分、操作技能评分、教学顺从性以及对教学的满意率、实习后两组各项工作能力评分。结果研究组的理论知识评分、操作技能评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组教学依从性率89.28%高于常规组50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组专业技能评分、自学能力评分、沟通能力评分、分析能力评分、团队合作能力评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内科实习生带教过程中运用标准化病人教学法,能够让实习生更了解内科理论知识,实际操作能力更高,且学生对教师的教学依从性也有着明显提升,进而提高了教学满意率和教学质量。 Objective To analyze the effects of standardized patient teaching methods in internal medicine interns teaching.Methods A total of 56 medical students who were internships in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected.They were divided into the routine group and the research group according to the lottery,28 cases in each group,the conventional group followed the routine teaching mode,and the study group adopted the standardized patient teaching method.Compared the two groups of theoretical knowledge scores,operating skills scores,teaching compliance,and the satisfaction rate of teaching,and the two groups of work ability scores after internship.Results The theoretical knowledge scores and operational skills scores of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the teaching compliance rate of the study group was 89.28%higher than that of the conventional group 50.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group's professional skills score,self-study ability score,communication ability score,analytical ability score,and teamwork ability score were all higher than those of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of standardized patient teaching methods in the teaching process of internal medicine interns can enable interns to better understand internal medicine theory and knowledge,and have higher practical operational capabilities.The students'compliance with teachers is also significantly improved,thereby increasing the teaching satisfaction rate and teaching quality.
