神经内科护士带教中应用品管圈结合PBL教学的意义评价

Evaluation of the Significance of Applying Quality Control Circle Combined with PBL Teaching in the Teaching of Neurology Nurses

摘要 目的对神经内科护士带教中应用品管圈结合PBL教学的意义评价。方法选取2019年11月—2020年11月该院神经内科实习的护士实习生中随机选取66名进行研究。按照随机信封分组法将护士实习生分为两组,各33名。应用传统教学方法进行带教的护士实习生作为对比组,应用品管圈结合PBL教学法进行带教的护士实习生作为研究组。对比两组神经内科的护士实习生使用不同带教方式进行带教后的专业成绩、带教满意度和患者对护士实习生的服务满意度。结果研究组护士实习生的专业成绩中理论知识成绩为(46.10±2.44)分、实践操作成绩为(45.71±2.61)分、总成绩为(91.20±3.10)分均好于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护士实习生的带教满意度为93.93%高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者对护士实习生的服务满意度为90.91%好于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对神经内科的护士实习生采用品管圈联合PBL教学法进行带教效果更佳,能够提高神经内科护理实习生的专业素养,促进形成良好医患关系。 Objective To evaluate the significance of applying quality control circle combined with PBL teaching in neurology nurse teaching.Methods From November 2019 and November 2020,and 66 nurse interns in the department of neurdogy of the hospital were randomly selected for the study.According to the random envelope grouping method,nurse interns were divided into two groups,33 in each group.The nurse trainees who used traditional teaching methods to teach were used as the comparison group,and the nurse trainees who used the quality control circle combined with the PBL teaching method to teach were used as the study group.Compared the two groups of neurology nurse interns using different teaching methods for professional performance,teaching satisfaction,and patients'service satisfaction with nurse interns.Results The professional scores of the study group nurse trainees were(46.10±2.44)points in theoretical knowledge,(45.71±2.61)points in practice,and a total score of(91.20±3.10)points were better than the comparison group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the teaching satisfaction of nurse interns in the study group was 93.93%higher than that of the comparison group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the service satisfaction of patients in the study group to nurse interns was 90.91%better than that in the comparison group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality control circle combined with PBL teaching method is better for nurse interns in the department of neurology.It can improve the professional quality of interns in the department of neurology and promote the formation of a good doctor-patient relationship.
