摘要
本文对焦家金矿的含金矿泥进行了工艺矿物学及浮选试验研究。研究发现,此金矿泥粒度极细,绝大多数的矿泥粒度小于34.0 μm,矿泥金品位为1.0 g/t。试验表明,浮选条件如下:矿浆浓度为10%,硅酸钠用量为500 g/t,捕收剂捕金灵用量为90 g/t,起泡剂11#油用量为40 g/t。最终经过一粗一精的闭路浮选流程,获得金精矿(含金31.71 g/t),精矿产率为2.04%,尾矿金品位为0.34 g/t,金回收率为66.02%,指标比较好,且生产回水完全可以达到较好指标。
In this paper,the gold-bearing sludge of Jiaojia Gold Mine has been studied in technological mineralogy and flotation experiments.The study finds that the size of this gold ore mud is extremely fine,most of the ore mud has a particle size of less than 34.0 μm,and the gold grade of the ore mud is 1.0 g/t.The test shows that the flotation conditions are as follows:the slurry concentration is 10%,and the amount of sodium silicate is 500 g/t,the dosage of the collector Bujinling is 90 g/t,and the dosage of the foaming agent 11# oil is 40 g/t.Finally,the gold concentrate (31.71 g/t of gold) is obtained through the closed-circuit flotation process of one coarse and one fine,the concentrate yield is 2.04%,the tailings gold grade is 0.34 g/t,and the gold recovery rate is 66.02%,the indicators are relatively good,and the production backwater can completely achieve better indicators.
