区域视角下生态韧性测度研究——以云南省16个地州市为例 被引量:3

Research on the Measurement of Ecological Resilience from the Regional Perspective——Take 16 Prefectures and Cities in Yunnan Province as Examples

摘要 城市化浪潮在持续推进,生态环境所面临的风险与日俱增,如何提升城市生态韧性,实现新型城镇化发展与生态文明建设齐头并进是当前城市发展急需解决的重大问题。作为国家生态文明建设的排头兵,云南省城市生态韧性建设对西南地区未来城市生态文化发展具有重大引领作用。本文将城市生态韧性视为应对危机的抵御能力、响应能力和创新能力,并围绕三种能力构建生态韧性测度指标,运用线性加权法、耦合模型等对云南省16个地州市生态韧性进行实证研究,找寻其生态韧性发展的规律与特征。 The wave of urbanization continues to advance,and the risks to the ecological environment are increasing day by day,how to improve urban ecological resilience and realize the simultaneous development of new urbanization and ecological civilization construction is a major issue that urgently needs to be resolved in current urban development.As a pioneer in the construction of national ecological civilization,the construction of urban ecological resilience in Yunnan Province will play a major leading role in the development of urban ecological culture in the southwestern region in the future.This paper regards urban ecological resilience as resilience ability,response ability and innovation ability to deal with crisis,and builds ecological resilience measurement indicators around these three capabilities,and uses linear weighting method and coupling model to conduct empirical research on the ecological resilience of 16 prefectures and cities in Yunnan Province,so as to find the laws and characteristics of their ecological resilience development.
