摘要
钛白废水是钛白粉制造过程产生的物质,若不能对其进行妥善处理,不仅会造成严重的环境污染,还会导致大量钛资源浪费。传统方法仅从环保角度出发,对钛白废水进行一定处理,形成红石膏,而红石膏的烘干成本较高。这一处理方法并未将其作为资源加以利用。本研究根据钛白废水的污染因子和主要成分,探索一种新的处理方案,以期实现钛白废水的资源化利用,在避免环境污染的同时,提高钛资源的利用率。
Titanium dioxide wastewater is a substance produced during the manufacturing process of titanium dioxide,if it cannot be handled properly,it will not only cause serious environmental pollution,but also waste a lot of titanium resources.The traditional method is only from the environmental protection point of view,the titanium dioxide wastewater is treated to a certain extent to form red gypsum,and the drying cost of red gypsum is relatively high.This approach does not use it as a resource.According to the pollution factors and main components of titanium dioxide wastewater,this research explores a new treatment plan,in order to realize the resource utilization of titanium dioxide wastewater,and improve the utilization rate of titanium resources while avoiding environmental pollution.
