摘要
为更好的保证稻谷的储藏安全与品质,通过对高大平房仓实施保温隔热处理、小功率空调补冷改造措施,将整仓稻谷温度控制在25℃以下,并对各改造方案的控温效果及成本进行了对比分析。得到以下结论:单从度夏期间粮温来看,墙体保温+吊顶保温+空调这种方式效果最好,整个仓房表层粮温在25℃以下,中下层粮温基本都在14℃以下,可免除熏蒸作业环节;此措施温度控制最好,脂肪酸值变化幅度最小,稻谷的品质劣变程度最小;其改造投入大约32万元,空调运行成本大约6.0元/t;和氮气气调、二氧化碳气调、谷冷机作业比较,小功率的空调改造成本低、作业简单方便快捷,运行成本低。
In order to better ensure the storage safety and quality of rice,the temperature of the whole warehouse is controlled below 25℃through the implementation of thermal insulation treatment and small power air conditioning,and the temperature control effect and cost of each transformation scheme are compared and analyzed,and the following conclusions are reached:From the perspective of grain temperature during summer,wall insulation+ceiling insulation+air conditioning has the best effect.The surface grain temperature of the whole barn is below 25℃,and the grain temperature of the middle and lower layers is basically below 14℃,which can avoid the fumigation operation.This measure has the best temperature control effect,the smallest change in fatty acid value,and the smallest degree of deterioration in rice quality.The transformation investment is about 320,000 yuan,and the operating cost of air conditioning is about 6.0 yuan/t.Compared with the operation of nitrogen air conditioning,carbon dioxide air conditioning and grain cooling machine,low-power air conditioning has low cost,simple and convenient operation,and low operating cost.
