摘要
通过对试样前处理条件、气相色谱柱的优化,建立了一种利用气相色谱对饲料中丙酸测定的方法。丙酸的线性范围5~400μg/ml,相关系数(R^(2))为0.999;方法的检出限为30 mg/kg,定量限为100 mg/kg;在不同种类饲料中,丙酸在1000、2000、3000 mg/kg 3个水平的平均添加回收率为84.3%~99.81%,相对标准偏差RSD(n=5)为0.62%~4.81%;不同实验室对同一批次饲料丙酸含量测试结果发现方法的重复性≤10%,再现性≤15%;在测定市售不同种类饲料丙酸含量后,发现与产品标签值基本一致。该优化后的方法操作便利性高、灵敏度强、重复性好,实用价值大,可用于饲料中丙酸含量的测定。
A method for the determination of propionic acid in feed by GC was established by optimizing the pretreatment conditions of sample and GC column.The linear range of propionic acid was 5-400μg/ml,and the correlation coefficient(R^(2))was 0.999.The detection limit and quantitation limit of the method were 30mg/kg and 100 mg/kg respectively.The average recoveries of propionic acid at 1000,2000 and 3000 mg/kg levels were 84.3%-99.81%,and the relative standard deviations(n=5)were 0.62%-4.81%.The repeatability and reproducibility of the detection method for the content of propionic acid in the same batch of feed in different laboratories were less than 10%and less than 15%.After determining the content of propionic acid in different kinds of feed on the market,it was found to be basically consistent with the product label value.The optimized method has the advantages of high operation convenience,high sensitivity,good repeatability and great practical value,it can be used for the determination of propionic acid content in feed.
