To evaluate the accuracy and applicability of the 3M MDS molecular detection kit for salmonella in food.National standard GB 4789.4—2016 was used as a reference method to test 15 representative foods in 5 categories and evaluate the inclusion,exclusivity and accuracy of the kits.The kit's resistance and variation between batches were also evaluated.There was no significant difference between the method of 3M MDS salmonella molecular detection kit and the national standard,which proved that the kit could fully meet the requirements of food detection.
