通过对北极东北航道保障方式研究,为主管部门决策提供参考意见。增强我国为北极航海船舶安全航行通信保障的能力,更好发挥海上安全通信的保障作用。通过对实船通信测试结果进行研究,对我国北极东北航道通信保障规划提出建议。

By researching of communication support of the arctic northeast sea-route,provide reference for the decisionmaking of the competent departments.To strengthen the ability of the communication support,better play the role of maritime safety communications,by researching of the communication test result,offered suggestions for China's arctic northeast sea-route communication support planning.
