摘要
针对互动电视常见点播故障进行了研究,制定了上报故障规范,并阐述了排查故障运维人员所具备的知识及使用的点播模拟器工具。接着详细介绍了黑屏、马赛克故障的排查方法,举例介绍了使用Wireshark分析回看节目源故障和HLS点播故障网络包的方法。
Research on common on-demand failures of interactive TV,formulate reporting specifications,and explain the knowledge of troubleshooting operation and maintenance personnel and the on-demand simulator tools used.Then it introduces the troubleshooting methods of black screen and mosaic failures in detail,and introduces the method of using Wireshark to analyze the program source failures and HLS on-demand failure network packets.
