从当前自然灾害所遭受的影响来看,应急工作仍存在技术支撑能力不足,应急状态下停电分析预测预警准确性有待提升,事件影响范围评估分析能力不足等问题,为实现预警、响应和灾后恢复的全过程管控可视化,实现抢修资源的优化配置,为应急状态下快速获取台风气象信息、快速掌握全省用户停电数量及分布情况,以及精准获取可能受台风影响设备信息提前做好防护措施和快速抢修等提供有力支撑。

From the current of the influence of suffered by natural disasters,emergency work is still insufficient technical support ability,analysis and prediction of emergency state power warning accuracy to ascend,lacking the ability to evaluate and analyze the affected scope of problems,in order to realize the whole process of early warning,response and recovery controls visualization,to achieve the optimal allocation of resources to repair,It provides strong support for quickly obtaining typhoon meteorological information,grasping the number and dis-tribution of power outages of users in the whole province,and accurately obtaining equipment information that may be affected by typhoon to take protective measures in advance and make quick repair.
