广东省精神卫生资源现况研究及趋势分析

Current Situation and Trend Analysis of Mental Health Resources in Guangdong Province

目的了解广东省精神卫生资源的现况,为进一步优化精神卫生资源配置提供参考。方法采用普查方式分别收集2015年、2018年全省所有精神卫生医疗机构的信息,对2018年的精神卫生机构数、精神科床位数、精神卫生医护人员、区域分布进行描述性对比分析,对2015年和2018年的精神科床位及精神卫生医护人员做趋势性分析。结果 2016—2018年,每10万人的精神科床位数及精神卫生医护人员数均增长。按区域划分,粤北的机构数、编制床位数增幅、每10万人精神科执业(助理)医师数和精神(心理)科护士数增幅最高。结论 2015—2018年广东省精神卫生机构数、精神科床位数、医护人员数均有所增长,但仍相对不足,且地区分布不均衡。应持续推进精神卫生资源建设,因地制宜,促进精神卫生资源均衡发展。

Objective:To understand the current situation of mental health resources in Guangdong province, and to provide reference for further optimization of mental health resources allocation.Method:The information of all mental health institutions in 2015 and 2018 were collected by adopting the census method.Descriptive analysis of comparison was conducted on the number of mental health institutions, psychiatric beds, mental health care personnel and regional distribution in 2018,and trend analysis was also conducted on the number of psychiatric beds, and mental health care personnel in 2015 and 2018.Result:From 2016 to 2018,both the number of psychiatric beds and the number of mental health care workers per 100,000 people increased.By region, northern Guangdong had the highest increase in the number of institutions, number of beds, number of licensed(assistant) psychiatrists and number of psychiatric(psychological) nurses per 100,000 people.Conclusion:From 2015 to 2018,the number of mental health institutions, psychiatric beds and medical staff in Guangdong Province increased, but it was still relatively insufficient, and the regional distribution was uneven.Thus, the construction of mental health resources, and the balanced development of mental health resources should be promoted continuously according to local conditions.
