摘要
目的旨在加强医院对临床实习教学质量的监控,提升学生临床实习成效。方法通过对已完成一年实习任务的临床医学八年制和五年制医学生进行回顾性调查,通过整群抽样,采用问卷调查和访谈的方法进行研究,了解学生在复旦大学附属某综合性医院实习状况以及对实习科室管理、带教老师、实习小讲课评价等,反馈实习教学工作薄弱点。结果实习期间,科室在对实习学生的教学管理工作方面,96%以上科室能做到教学查房规范开展。对于实习大纲要求掌握的病种和操作技能,90%以上学生认为能学习到一半以上数量;能学习到全部病种和技能的比例较少,占15%左右。结论医院要规范实习教学全过程管理,加强临床带教老师教学意识和带教能力,提升学生临床实习主观能动性和学习能力。
Objective:To strengthen the hospital’s monitoring of teaching quality in clinical practice and improve the effectiveness of students’ clinical practice.Method:The authors made a retrospective survey of 8-and 5-year clinical medical students who had completed their one-year internship. Through cluster sampling, questionnaire and interview were used to understand the internship status of students in a comprehensive hospital affiliated to Fudan University, and to evaluate the management of internship departments, helping teachers and small practice lectures, the feedback on the weaknesses of internship teaching work.Result:During the internship, more than 96% of the departments can carry out standardized teaching rounds in terms of teaching management for students in practice.More than 90% students believe that they can learn more than half of the disease types and operation skills required by the internship program;The number of the students who can learn all kinds of diseases and skills is smaller, accounting for about 15%.Conclusion:The hospital should standardize the whole process of practice teaching management, strengthen the teaching awareness and teaching ability of clinical teachers, and improve the subjective initiative and learning ability of the students in clinical practice.
