加强医院基层党组织能力建设研究

Research on the Strengthening of the Capacity Building of Grassroots Party Organization in a Hospital

针对目前医院基层党组织能力建设中存在的不足,笔者以所在医院的F支部为例,总结支部能力建设的相关经验并提出加强医院基层党组织能力建设的对策建议。基层党组织能力建设离不开医院发展运行的客观规律,充分考虑组织所处的内外部环境,编织好党建与业务两条主线,可充分调动党员的内动力。医院基层党组织能力建设要坚守党建主线,坚持党建统领,业务协同,充分发挥党员的示范引领作用,激活党员的红色聚能效应,以实现基层党组织能力建设成效的最优化。

In view of the existing shortcomings in the capacity building of the hospital’s grassroots Party organizations, the author took the F Party branch of the hospital as an example to summarize the relevant experience of the capacity building of the branch and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the capacity building of the hospital’s grassroots Party organizations.The capacity construction of grassroots Party organization can not be separated from the objective law of hospital development and operation.Considering the internal and external environments of the organization, weaving the two main lines of Party construction and business can fully mobilize the internal power of the Party members.The capacity construction of the hospital grassroots Party organization should stick to the main line of the Party construction and business coordination, give full play to the exemplary leading role of the Party members, activate the red gathering effect of the Party members, and realize the optimization of the capacity building effect of the grassroots Party organization.
