基于系统思维的创新创业教育协同机制研究

Research on collaborative mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education based on systematic thinking

创新创业教育作为新发展格局中的内生变量,在新时代高等教育高质量发展中具有举足轻重的作用。但从系统思维的视角下审视,在创新创业教育系统中当前仍存在育人机制整体协同性程度不高、教育模式结构层次性不完善、内部要素动态发展性挑战应对不足、教育系统开放性程度较低等问题。针对这些问题,运用系统思维从主体合力、过程合力、内容合力、渠道合力四个维度去探究完善创新创业教育协同机制的优化路径,从而进一步完善创新创业人才的培养。

As an endogenous variable in the new development pattern,innovation and entrepreneurship education plays an important role in the high-quality development of higher education in the new era.However,from the perspective of systematic thinking,there are still some problems in the innovation and entrepreneurship education system,such as the low degree of overall synergy of the education mechanism,the imperfect structural level of the education model,the low attention to the dynamic development of internal elements,and the low openness of the education system,In view of the above problems,this paper uses systematic thinking to explore the optimal path to improve the collaborative mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education from the four dimensions of subject force,process force,content force and channel force,so as to further improve the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents.
