我国体育外交实力解析及提升策略

Analysis and Promotion Strategy of Sports Diplomacy Strength in China

运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,对我国体育外交实力格局进行解析,提出提升实力的策略。当前我国体育外交软实力和硬实力发展失衡,主要原因有:体育外交客体基础薄弱,硬实力输出是历史的必然选择;体育外交主体受后发劣势制约,国际话语权受限;缺乏专门的战略规划支持,体育外交活动受限;社会组织力量薄弱,难以发挥应有作用。提升策略:确立以人类命运共同体为本的体育外交原则;完善体育外交顶层设计,加快社会组织的培育;创新人才培养模式,强化体育外交资源储备;借助国际赛事影响力,提升体育文化软实力。

By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper analyzed the strength pattern of sports diplomacy in China and put forward strategy to enhance our strength.At present,the development of soft power and hard power in China's sports diplomacy is unbalanced.The main reasons are as follows:The object foundation of sports diplomacy is weak and exporting hard power is the inevitable choice of history.The subject of sports diplomacy is restricted by disadvantage of backwardness and the international discourse power is limited.Sports diplomacy lacks special strategic planning support and foreign exchange activities are limited.Social organizations are weak and diffi cult to play their due role.Promotion strategy:We should establish the diplomatic principle of building a community with a shared future for mankind,perfect top-level design of sports diplomacy and speed up the cultivation of social organizations,innovate the mode of personnel training and strengthen the reserve of diplomatic resources,and make use of the infl uence of international events to enhance the soft power of sports culture.
