我国地方体育产业共性特征及“十四五”时期发展路径

Common Characteristics of Local Sports Industry in China and Development Path During the 14th Five-Year Plan Period

运用文献资料、对比分析、逻辑分析等方法,研究我国地方体育产业发展历程及现状,提炼共性发展特征,并提出“十四五”时期的发展路径。我国地方体育产业呈现以政府扶持为主、以体育赛事发展为辅、依赖地方经济发展模式、区域间体育治理差异显著等共性特征。“十四五”时期地方体育产业发展路径:优化地方体育产业资源供给,促进体育产业结构升级;深挖地方体育产业发展特色,落实体育文化发展策略;深化地方体育产业融合机制,构建多元化发展新格局;健全地方体育产业保障机制,完善复合型人才培养体系。

By using the methods of literature review,comparative analysis and logical analysis,this paper studied the development process and current situation of local sports industry in China,extracted the common development characteristics,and put forward the development path of the 14th Five-Year Plan period.The local sports industry in China is mainly supported by the government,supplemented by the development of sports events,dependent on the local economic development model and signifi cant diff erences between regions in sports governance.Development path:We should optimize the supply of local sports industry resources and promote the upgrading of local sports industry structure,dig deep into the characteristics of local sports industry and implement the development strategies of local sports culture,deepen the integration mechanism of local sports industry and construct a new pattern of diversified development,and improve the guarantee mechanism of local sports industry and the system of training compound talents.
