摘要
以空间机械臂输出轴系的薄壁轴-角接触球轴承为研究对象,基于弹性力学组合筒理论建立了轴承内圈装配模型,详尽分析了带有形位误差的大尺寸薄壁轴承安装后和温度场下内圈变形量对径向游隙的影响。结果表明:在带有形位误差的装配中,轴线偏移侧接触面会产生较大的接触应力,随轴线偏移角增大,轴承径向刚度随之增加,并随着过盈量的改变而线性变化;在交变温度场中,角接触轴承径向游隙随环境温度的升高而减少,交变温度对径向游隙的改变比过盈量和形位误差量的影响大。
Taking the thin-walled shaft angular contact ball bearing of the output shafting of space manipulator as the research object,the assembly model of bearing inner ring is established based on the theory of elastic mechanics combined cylinder.The influence of inner ring deformation on radial clearance of large-size Thin-walled bearing with form and position error after installation and under temperature field is analyzed in detail.The results show that,with the increase of the contact angle,the interference angle of the bearing increases with the temperature The influence of shape and position error is great.
