摘要
为提高发动机活塞油环刮片装配工序自动化程度、提升合格率水平,通过对刮片装配要求分析和形状特点研究,设计了约束结构合理控制刮片在涨开过程中产生的扭曲变形,使送料模块、定位模块和安装模块间协调动作,实现上下刮片的自动进料、一次性自动装配,缩短了工序流程,实际应用结果表明装配机自动化程度高,生产效率和装配合格率满足设计要求。
In order to improve the automation of the assembly process and the level of qualified rate of the scraping plate of the piston oil ring,the paper designs a reasonable control structure to control the distortion and distortion of the scraping during the process of rising and opening by the constraint structure,so as to coordinate the feeding module,positioning module and installation module,so as to realize the automatic feeding and one-time automatic assembly of the upper and lower scraping blades,The practical application results show that the assembly machine is highly automatic,and the production efficiency and assembly qualification rate meet the design requirements.
