从经验回顾到数据驱动:人工智能赋能教师教学反思新样态 被引量:8

摘要 教学反思在促进教师专业发展、提升教师专业水平方面具有基础性和根本性作用。在传统的教学反思实践中,教师主要以经验回顾式反思为主,往往停留在感性认识层面,难以上升到对教育教学本质和规律探讨的理性认识。人工智能赋能教师教学反思从经验回顾走向数据驱动,助力教师深入洞察教学过程、总结教学规律,使其呈现出数据化、系统化、协作化的特征。为推动人工智能赋能教师教学反思,需要实施数据驱动教学,促进反思与日常教学相融合;培养教师数据素养,提升教师教学反思能力;建立数据协作团队,推进基于数据的协作反思。研究旨在理论上为智能技术支持的教学反思研究提供新的思路,在实践上为突破教师经验回顾式教学反思困境提供现实指导。 Teaching reflection plays a fundamental role to promote teacher professional development and teachers'professional level.In the traditional teaching reflection practice,teachers mainly focused on experience retrospective reflection and stayed at the level of perceptual understanding,and it is difficult to raise the level of rational understanding of the nature and laws of teaching.Artificial intelligence empowered teachers'teaching reflection to move from experience review to data-driven,helping teachers to gain insight into the teaching process and summarize teaching rules,so that it presented the characteristics of dataization,systemization,and collaboration.In order to promote artificial intelligence to empower teachers'teaching reflection,it was necessary to implement data-driven teaching to promote the integration of reflection and daily teaching;to cultivate teachers'data literacy and improve teachers'teaching reflection ability;to establish a data collaboration team to promote data-based collaborative reflection.The research aimed to provide a new ideas for teaching reflection research supported by intelligent technology in theory,and to provide practical guidance for breaking through the plight of retrospective teaching reflection on teachers'experience in practice.
