Influence and protection measures of shield tunnel construction on adjacent bridge piles considering creep characteristics of stratum

摘要 为探讨地层蠕变特性盾构隧道施工对邻近桥桩变形影响,基于Burgers模型建立本构数值模型,并采用FLAC3D软件进行计算。结果表明:盾构隧道贯通后,邻近桥梁承台基础变形持续增加,变形趋于稳定至少需要1 a时间,且累计变形值将超过桥梁桩基础允许变形值;提出隔离桩和盾构隧道周围地层注浆加固2种保护措施。研究结果可为评估盾构隧道施工对邻近桥桩影响程度和制定邻近桥桩保护措施提供参考。 In order to explore the influence of shield tunnel construction on the deformation of adjacent bridge piles considering the creep characteristics of stratum,a constitutive numerical model was established based on the Burgers model,and FLAC3D software was used for calculation.The results showed that after the shield tunnel was penetrated,the deformation of the adjacent bridge cap foundation continued to increase,and it took at least 1 year for the deformation to stabilize,and the cumulative deformation value would exceed the allowable deformation value of the bridge pile foundation.Two protection measures of the isolation piles and the grouting reinforcement on the surrounding stratum of shield tunnel were proposed.The research results provide basis for evaluating the influence degree of shield tunnel construction on the adjacent bridge piles and formulating the protection measures of adjacent bridge piles.
