简述美国发展氢能及燃料电池产业的初衷,美国能源部关于氢能及燃料电池在节能、减排、储能、最大化部署可再生能源、加强能源安全方面的研究结果以及H2@Scale计划。介绍了美国氢能及燃料电池工业试验运行和商业化推广情况,及对美国氢能及燃料电池发展情况的认知。

This paper briefly describes the original intention of developing hydrogen energy and fuel cell industry in the United States,and lists the research results of the United States Department of Energy on energy saving,emission reduction,energy storage,maximum deployment of renewable energy and energy security and introduction to H2@scale.This paper introduces the industrial test operation and commercial promotion of hydrogen energy and fuel cell in the United States,and the author’s understanding of the development of hydrogen energy and fuel cells in the United States.
