摘要
近年,由于国家经济发展迅速,导致人力劳务成本提高,特别是物流行业。随着京东、淘宝等购物平台的崛起,网购成为现代年轻人和大部分中年人的购物首选方式。如今依托这个时代背景发展迅速的快递物流行业,面临着较大的劳务成本压力。因此设计一种物料搬运自动跟随机器人装置,以达到不需要人工拖拽、搬运货物的目的,大大降低劳动量,减少搬运时间。该装置通过摄像头驱动电机轮子实现对特定人员的自动跟随,可通过麦克纳姆轮实现多角度多方位的移动,十分适用于复杂,空间狭小的仓库环境,解决了搬运转向不灵活的问题。并且机器人身上带有的屏幕还可以进行速度等功能设置,方便使用者进行操作。该装置在一定程度上能够代替人工操作,具备一定的实用价值和推广价值。
In recent years,due to the rapid development of the national economy,resulting in the increase of labor costs,especially in the logistics industry.With the rise of JD,Taobao and other shopping platforms,online shopping has become the preferred way of shopping for modern young people and most middle-aged people.Now,relying on the background of this era,the express logistics industry,which develops rapidly,is facing greater labor cost pressure.Therefore,the design of a material handling automatic following robot device,in order to achieve the purpose of no need to manually drag,handling goods,greatly reduce the amount of labor,reduce the handling time.The device uses the camera to drive the motor wheel to realize the automatic following of the specific personnel,and can realize the multi-angle and multi-direction movement through the McNum Wheel.It is very suitable for the complex and narrow warehouse environment,and solves the problem of the inflexible handling and steering.In addition,the screen on the robot body can also set the speed and other functions to facilitate users to operate.The device can replace manual operation to a certain extent and has certain practical value and popularization value.
