随着社会经济的不断发展,档案数量不断增多,信息储存量也在不断增大,传统的档案管理手段已经不能满足社会发展需求。信息技术的高速发展,为档案管理带来较大便利,与此同时档案管理也面临着各种问题。作为档案管理人员,为了更好的对档案进行数字化管理,除了要改变管理思维外,还要不断提升自身专业素质。本文就针对数字化档案管理工作进行探讨。

With the continuous development of social economy,the increasing number of archives and information storage,the traditional archives management means can no longer meet the needs of social development.The rapid development of information technology has brought great convenience to the archives management,and the archives management is also facing various problems.As a file management personnel,in order to better carry out the digital management of archives,in addition to to change the management thinking,but also to constantly improve their professional quality.This paper discusses the management of digital archives.
