摘要
随着国内汽车行业数字化发展日益深化,要求汽车整车厂尤其是汽车工程研发企业在项目管理过程中及早尽快实现数字化转型,而实现数字化转型的前提则是深化精益管理,两者相辅相成互为补充。本文介绍了汽车工程研发企业利用数字化平台技术在项目管理中的精细化管理探索,阐述了先精益改善提升再数字化落地的推进模式,并总结了初步可取得的成效。
With the gradual deepening of the digitalization development of domestic automobile industry,it is required that the automobile industry,especially the automobile engineering R&D enterprises,realize the digitalization transformation as soon as possible in the process of project management,and the premise of digitalization is lean management,which complement each other.This paper introduces the refined exploration of automotive engineering R&D enterprises combined with digital platform technology in project management,expounds the promotion method according to the way of lean promotion and digital landing,and summarizes the initial achievements.
