一种节能流化床和无粉化成品干燥系统

摘要 一种节能流化床系统,涉及流化床干燥节能技术和成品无粉尘化技术领域,流化床主体内设置有恒速段干燥区和降速段干燥区,流化床主体上设置有进风口、高湿排风口、低湿排风口,其特征在于:恒速段干燥区对应的进风口连接有恒速段进风系统,降速段干燥区对应的进风口对应连接有降速段进风系统,高湿排风口连接有与新风换热的出风换热系统,出风换热系统换热新风的出口与恒速段进风系统或/和降速段进风系统连接,低湿排风口的出口与恒速段进风系统或/和降速段进风系统连接。本系统能降低流化床尾气排空量,可尽量利用流化床排风的排空热量,出口物料无粉尘飞扬,达到排空尾气环保性提高、生产线能耗降低、出口物料无粉、物料收率提高、运行稳定安全的效果、投资性价比高、维护和运行费用低的效果。 The utility model relates to an energy-saving fluidized bed system,which relates to the technical field of fluidized bed drying energy saving technology and finished products without dust.The fluidized bed main body is provided with a constant speed drying area and a speed reduction drying area.The main body of the fluidized bed is provided with an air inlet,a high humidity exhaust outlet and a low humidity exhaust outlet.Constant rate period of drying area corresponds to the period of ventilation system,air inlet connection has permanently speed slow down period of dry area corresponding to the air inlet corresponds to the connection with slow down period of intake system,high humidity air outlet connection with fresh air in hot air heat exchange system,fresh air to air heat exchange system heat transfer of exporting and constant speed into the wind system and/or slow down period of intake system,The outlet of the low wet exhaust outlet is connected with the air intake system in the constant speed section or/and the air intake system in the decreasing speed section.This system can reduce the amount of fluidized bed tail gas emptying,can make the most of fluidized bed heat exhaust of emptying,export material no dust float in the sky,to improve emptying exhaust environmental protection,production line to reduce energy consumption,export materials without powder,the effect of material yield and improve the operation safety,low investment and high cost performance,maintenance and operation cost.
