摘要
消防应急指挥系统是应急管理系统的重要组成部分,在企业安全生产应对突发事件中起着核心作用。以中国石化洛阳石化公司消防应急指挥系统为例,简要介绍了该系统目前的运行情况,并针对存在的问题提出改进建议,为提升洛阳石化公司应对突发事件能力及应急响应水平提供借鉴。
Fire emergency command system is the key part of emergency management system and plays a major role in emergency response in the safe production of enterprises.This paper takes the fire emergency command system of Sinopec Luoyang Petrochemical Company as an example and introduces the current operation of the system briefly.Aiming at the existing problems,it puts forward suggestions for improvement.This provides reference for improving the emergency response capability and the level of emergency response of Luoyang Petrochemical Company.
