摘要
化工行业是国民经济的支柱产业,随着经济建设和社会需求的增长,石油化工行业进入又一轮高速建设期。现代化炼化一体化项目设计中,总平面布置是总体设计的重点。总平面布置中除需要考虑功能划分、物料进出路由、防火、消防等因素外,事故工况下火灾爆炸和毒性物质泄漏的影响也应一并考虑。提出了通过风险定量计算确定火灾爆炸和毒性物质泄漏的影响范围,对某项目总平面进行优化,对上述工作进行详述和论证。
The chemical industry is the pillar industry of the national economy.With the growth of economic construction and social demand,the petrochemical industry has entered another round of high-speed construction period.In the design of modern refining and chemical integration project,the general layout is the focus of the overall design.In addition to the factors such as functional division,fire prevention of material entry and exit routes,fire protection,the influence of fire explosion and toxic material leakage under accident conditions should be taken into consideration as well.This paper proposes to determine the influence range of fire explosion and toxic material leakage through quantitative risk calculation,and optimize the overall plane of a project.This paper details and demonstrates the above work.
