摘要
“金课”背景下的混合式教学是当前高等教育领域的研究热点,探讨学生满意度及其影响因素成为重要课题。基于顾客满意度理论,提出混合式教学中学生满意度理论模型。根据某大学的调研数据,利用SPSS24.0软件和AMOS17.0对模型进行拟合、修订和检验。研究表明:9项假设通过了样本数据的检验,证实混合式教学中的学生期望、线下教学、线上学习、线下线上交互、感知价值与学生满意度之间存在内在的逻辑关系,揭示了混合式教学中学生满意度的形成机制、影响因素及其效应,为混合式教学的路径优化指明方向。
Blended teaching under the background of golden Course is a research hotspot in the field of higher education at present,and it has become an important topic to explore student satisfaction and its influencing factors.Based on the theory of customer satisfaction,a theoretical model of student satisfaction in blended teaching is proposed.According to the survey data of a university,the model was fitted,revised and tested with SPSS24.0 software and AMOS17.0.Research shows that there are nine hypotheses going through the test of sample data to verify the inner logical relationship among teaching student expectations,offline teaching and online learning,online-offline interaction,value awareness and student satisfaction.As a result,this research reveals the mechanism and affecting factors of students’satisfaction in blended learning,thus showing the direction of the optimized path for future blended teaching.
