南涧县漫害山国有林管理所森林资源现状及评价

Current Situation and Evaluation of Forest Resources in the State-Owned Forest Management Office of Manhai Mountain,Nanjian County

漫害山国有林管理所土地总面积1690.0 hm^(2),其中:林地面积1684.6 hm^(2),占总面积的99.68%;非林地面积5.4 hm^(2),占总面积的0.32%。基于漫害山森林资源的现状,对其森林面积、蓄积和覆盖率的分布以及林地面积、乔木林资源、森林质量和生态状况进行了分析,对漫害山森林资源进行了评价。结果表明:漫害山林地地类以有林地为主,乔木林中纯林占优势,优势树种以云南松为主,结构单一,有林地起源以天然林为主,森林类别以商品林占优势;森林覆盖率高,健康等级高,生物多样性丰富,森林的生态效益和社会效益显著,但乔木林龄组结构不合理,乔木林单位蓄积量低。针对此,提出了应加强对漫害山现有森林资源的保护,强化生态公益林管理;继续加强林政管理,严格林地用途管制;继续深化国有林管理所改革,促进科学发展;加强基础设施建设,建立森林资源信息管理系统的相关建议。

The total land area of state-owned forest management office in Manhai Mountain is 1690.0 hectares,including 1684.6 hectares of forest land,accounting for 99.68%of the total area,and 5.4 hectares of non-forest land,accounting for 0.32%of the total area.Based on the analysis of the current situation of forest resources(the distribution of forest area,volume and coverage,as well as the forest area,arbor forest resources,forest quality and ecological status),the forest resources of Manhai Mountain were evaluated.The results showed that forest land types were mainly woodland;pure forest was dominant in arbor forest;dominant tree species was Pinus yunnanensis;the structure was single;the origin of forest land was mainly natural forest and the forest types are dominated by commercial forest;the forest coverage rate was high;the health level was high;the biodiversity was rich;the ecological and social benefits of forest were significant but the age group structure of arbor forest was unreasonable.The unit volume of arbor forest is low.It is suggested to strengthen the protection of existing forest resources,strengthen the management of ecological public welfare forests,continue to strengthen the management of forest administration strictly control the use of forest land;continue to deepen the reform of state-owned forest management institutes,promote scientific development and strengthen the construction of infrastructure.Therefore,forest resource information management system can be established.
