R1234yf/R32混合工质气相PρTx性质的实验研究 被引量:1

Experimental study on gas phase PρTx properties of R1234yf/R32 mixture

摘要 R1234yf/R32混合工质是一种新型环保制冷剂。利用基于磁悬浮密度计的高精度流体热物性测量系统,实验测定了R1234yf/R32混合工质(质量分数为46.3%/53.7%)在303~333 K、0.15~2.35 MPa范围内气相区的45组PρTx数据,拟合了该混合工质的高精度截断型维里方程,密度计算值与实验值的相对偏差绝大多数在±2.0%以内。研究结果可为该类工质的应用提供必要的基础数据。 R1234yf/R32 mixture is a new environment-friendly refrigerant.Using the high precision fluid thermalphysical property measurement system based on magnetic suspension densitometer,and under the temperatures of 303 to 333 K and the pressures of 0.15 to 2.35 MPa,45 sets gas phase PρTx properties of R1234yf/R32 mixture with mass fraction of 46.3%/53.7%were measured.High precision truncated virial equation of the mixture was fitted,and most of the relative deviations between the calculated values and the measured values were within±2.0%.The results can provide necessary basic data for the application of R1234yf/R32 mixture.
