基于BIM的桥梁有限元模型转换与结构分析方法 被引量:16

摘要 为更好地使Revit与ANSYS软件之间的转换接口适用于大跨度复杂桥梁如斜拉桥的结构分析,基于Revit 2019及Revit API技术,运用C#语言进行二次开发,将斜拉桥BIM模型转化为包含不同单元类型的ANSYS有限元模型,其中,主梁、桥墩及支座转化为实体单元,斜拉索转化为杆单元,并且通过图形用户界面(GUI)开发及数据库开发,直接基于Revit模型进行网格划分、施加约束、施加荷载、求解及后处理操作,实现了斜拉桥BIM模型到ANSYS有限元模型转化及结构静力分析功能的自动化,并以长山大桥主桥为例进行验证.结果表明:本文方法可以实现BIM模型与不同单元有限元模型之间准确无误的转换;通过对GUI界面及Revit模型进行操作,使桥梁设计人员可以更加迅速、有效地进行结构受力分析,为提高桥梁业工作效率与信息化程度奠定了基础. In order to better make the conversion interface between Revit and ANSYS software suitable for structural analysis of long-span complex bridges such as cable-stayed bridges, based on Revit 2019 and Revit API technology, the BIM model of the cable-stayed bridge was transformed into an ANSYS finite element model with different element types by using C# language for secondary development. Among them, the main beams, piers and supports were transformed into solid elements, and the stay cables were transformed into rod elements. And through graphical user interface(GUI) development and database development, meshing, applying constraints, applying loads, solving and post-processing operations were directly performed based on the Revit model. The transformation from BIM model to ANSYS finite element model and the automation of structural static analysis were realized, and the main bridge of Changshan bridge was taken as an example to verify. The results show that this method can realize the accurate conversion between BIM model and different element finite element models. Through the GUI interface and the operation of the Revit model, the bridge designers can more quickly and effectively carry out the structural stress analysis, which lays the foundation for improving the work efficiency and information level of the bridge industry.
