莱钢1880 m^(3)高炉强化冶炼操作实践

摘要 莱钢对生产中影响1#1880 m^(3)高炉长期稳定顺行的关键因素进行重点控制,通过原燃料管理、送风制度调整、装料制度优化、造渣制度与热制度保持等操作制度紧密配合,高炉保持长期稳定顺行。同时采取低硅冶炼、提高富氧率等措施,生铁产量稳步提升。 During production,the key factors affecting 1#1880 m^(3) blast furnace's long-term stable and smooth operation shall be controlled.Through the close cooperation of raw fuel management,air supply system adjustment,charging system optimization,slag making system and thermal system maintenance,the blast furnace shall maintain long-term stable and smooth operation.At the same time,measures such as low silicon smelting and increasing oxygen enrichment rate have been taken to steadily increase the output of pig iron.
