新钢大线能量焊接石油储罐用12MnNiVR钢板的研制

摘要 介绍了大线能量焊接石油储罐12MnNiVR钢板的成分设计、冶金物理性能及相变规律,钢板的关键生产工艺,通过全面的性能检测和批量化生产,新钢产品性能稳定,技术成熟,完全可服务于10~15万m^(3)大型石油储备罐建设的用钢需求。研究了轧后冷却速度对热轧钢板组织,调质钢板力学性能的影响。热轧钢板组织中的铁素体含量有利改善调质钢板的冲击韧性;当轧后冷却速度大于30℃/s,热轧钢板组织为贝氏体+马氏体,可以提高调质12MnNiVR钢板强度。 This paper introduces the composition design,metallurgical physical properties and phase transformation rules of 12MnNiVR steel plate of large line energy welding oil storage tank,and the key production technology of steel plate.Through comprehensive performance testing and mass production,products produced by the Xinyu steel have stable performance and mature technology,which can serve the steel demand of large oil storage tank construction from 100000 to 150000 cubic meters.The results show that:the ferrite content in the microstructure of hot rolled steel plate is beneficial to improve the impact toughness of quenched and tempered steel plates.When the cooling rate after rolling is higher than 30℃/s,the microstructure of hot rolled steel plate is bainite+martensite,which can improve the strength of quenched and tempered 12MnNiVR steel plates.
