混合喷吹熔剂和煤粉对高炉生产的影响 被引量:3

摘要 通过研究煤粉、生石灰、石灰石、钢渣微粉、白云石的粉体特性及其混合物的爆炸性,检测不同熔剂搭配方案所形成风口渣的熔点和黏度。生石灰、钢渣微粉与混合煤粉的粉体特性最相近,4种熔剂均有利于提高煤粉的燃烧性和抑制爆炸性。煤粉中配入4.78%的钢渣微粉或者3.23%的生石灰粉,此时,高炉风口渣四元碱度范围在0.45~0.55,风口渣的熔点降低100℃以上,风口渣的黏度降低85%以上,提高高炉风口区的透气性和透液性。吨铁喷吹煤粉由150 kg提高到180 kg,配入熔剂9 kg左右,吨铁降低成本16.1元。 The powder characteristics of pulverized coal and quicklime,limestone,steel slag powder and dolomite,and the explosion of their mixture were studied.The melting point and viscosity of tuyere slag formed by different flux ratios plan were detected.The powder characteristics of quicklime and steel slag powder and mixed pulverized coal are the most similar,which is beneficial to improve the combustion of pulverized coal and inhibit the explosion of pulverized coal.The most economical basicity range of tuyere slag is 0.45-0.55.At this time,the viscosity and melting point of tuyere slag begin to decrease.When 3.23%quicklime or 4.78%steel slag powder is injected,the melting point of tuyere slag is reduced by more than 100℃and the viscosity is reduced by more than 85%,the air and liquid permeability of the tuyere area were improved.Coal injection is increased from 150 kg/t to 180 kg/t,and 9 kg flux is added.The cost is reduced by 16.1 Yuan/t.
