针对热轧卷取炉入口芯轴振动异常增大问题,基于振动频谱检测技术并结合油品检验分析方法,得出引起入口芯轴电机负荷侧轴承冲击脉冲值异常上升的原因主要为润滑油中进水,导致轴承润滑不良,轴承外圈产生轻微劣化损伤所致。通过两次次更换轴承润滑油,彻底解决了设备故障,取得了良好效果。

In view of the vibration abnormality of the inlet mandrel of the inlet mandrel of hot rolling coiling furnace,the paper carries out vibration spectrum and oil inspection analysis.So,the main reason is the water in lubricating oil,the slight deterioration damage of bearing cup causes malfunction because of poor lubrication.At last,the equipment failure is completely solved and good result is achieved by replacing bearing lubricating oil twice.
