高校公共体育课程思政的价值意蕴、目标指向及实践路径

The Value,Objectives and Practical Paths of Integrating Ideological and Political Education into the General PE Curriculum at Universities

高校公共体育课程既有其身体教育的相对独特性,同时又是高等教育课程体系、育人体系的重要组成,一直是高校开展“课程思政”的重要领域。以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指引,综合运用文献资料法、比较分析法等研究方法,对高校公共体育课程思政的价值意蕴、目标指向进行了阐释,并提出了相应的实践路径。研究认为:高校公共体育课程思政的价值实质是高校坚持正确办学方向的必然要求、是实现“体育强国”战略的重要途径、是深化“三全育人”改革的有效举措。目标指向于让大学生通过公共体育课享受乐趣,培养积极的精神状态;增强体质,树立终身体育的观念;健全人格,培育积极向上的个性;锤炼意志,树立远大的奋斗目标。在深入开展高校公共体育课程思政的实践中,需要紧紧围绕教师队伍“主力军”、课程建设“主战场”、课堂教学“主渠道”,以合理定位归正高校公共体育课程思政育人本位,以文化渗透引领高校公共体育课程思政实践创新,以教学重建推进高校公共体育课程思政过程优化,以学生为中心完善高校公共体育课程思政评价激励机制,不断开创高校公共体育“课程思政”新局面。

The general PE curriculum at universities has its relative uniqueness of physical education,and it is also an essential component of the higher education curriculum system and the education system.Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,this article uses such research methods as literature review and comparative analysis to expound the value and objectives of integrating ideological and political education into the general PE curriculum at universities and propose corresponding practical paths.The study holds that the value of integrating ideological and political education into the general PE curriculum at universities lies in that it is an inevitable requirement for universities to adhere to the correct direction of school management,an important means for developing China into a“leading sporting nation”,and an effective measure for further reforming the“all-round education”.The objectives include:allowing university students to have fun via the general PE curriculum and cultivate a positive mentality;strengthening their physical fitness and encouraging them to work towards the goal of lifelong sports;helping students form a healthy character and develop a positive personality;gaining the willpower and setting ambitious goals.In practice,it is necessary to focus on the“main force”of teachers,the“main battlefield”of curriculum development and the“main channel”of classroom teaching.It is also necessary to position integrating ideological and political education into the general PE curriculum on cultivating people,lead its practical innovation with cultural infiltration,optimize its process with teaching reconstruction,and improve its incentive mechanism with a student-centered approach.It is expected that such an initiative would keep gaining momentum.
