转炉单渣留渣高效冶炼技术的研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 通过单渣留渣工艺的研究,分析了单渣留渣工艺的脱磷原理。掌握了该工艺的规律和特点,建立了单渣留渣工艺自动炼钢模型并成功开发了留渣高效开吹打火技术、快速精准留渣技术、低碱度终渣循环冶炼技术以及低热值铁水高效低能耗冶炼技术等。应用单渣留渣工艺后,石灰消耗降低15.67 kg/t,白云石消耗降低1.60 kg/t,烧结矿消耗降低10.07 kg/t,钢铁料消耗减少18 kg/t,渣量降低25.16 kg/t。 The dephosphorization principle of single slag residue technology was analyzed through the study of single slag residue technology.The rules and characteristics of the process are mastered,the automatic steelmaking model of single slag retention process is established,and the technologies of slag retention,high efficiency open blowing and ignition,rapid and accurate slag retention,low basicity final slag recycling and low calorific value hot metal high efficiency and low energy consumption are developed.After single slag retention process,the consumption of lime,dolomite,sinter,iron and steel materials and slag decreased by 15.67,1.60,10.07,18 and 25.16 kg/t respectively.
